Happy Monday!
I hope my U.S. readers had a wonderful long weekend to celebrate the Fourth of July.
As many of you know, I’m in Europe for the next few weeks working on research and my latest book. So this week’s thoughts from abroad come from Madrid, Spain.
Europe is extremely busy right now, with a record number of tourists expected this year. The numbers will be well above the pre-pandemic highs set in 2019. And that’s despite high costs, flight delays, sweltering temperatures, and even a bit of overcrowding.
In today’s video update, I want to talk about the rental car business.
It’s either the best business in the world… or the worst. I’ll let you decide after I share some of my recent experiences with you. I also dive into two rental car stocks that have struggled since 2021. Is now the time to buy? Or could it be the end of the road for these companies?
