XT Wave Research LLC does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding investment results, and past performance is not indicative of future returns. You should consult your own licensed financial advisors before making any investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
To access subscriber-only content, you must register an account using a valid email address. You may only register one account per email. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may display or link to content from affiliates or third-party sources. We do not control or endorse such content and disclaim all responsibility for its accuracy or performance. Use third-party content at your own risk
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes, downtimes, or service interruptions.
By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Trial offers are available only once per customer. Past subscribers are not eligible for another trial and will be billed full subscription rates.
You agree to pay subscription and applicable fees in advance. We may charge your card at the time of purchase and upon renewal unless otherwise specified.
You authorize us to charge your credit card for recurring subscription fees, including any updated card details provided by your card issuer. Declined cards may incur a $30 fee. Overdue accounts may result in service suspension and reconnection fees.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term (monthly, annual, or otherwise) at the then-current subscription rate. Renewal payments will be charged to the payment method on file unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 9.
All sales are final. You may cancel before renewal. Refunds are only issued where required by law or if we terminate your account without cause.
We may adjust pricing at any time. Changes will apply to renewals and new subscriptions. Continued use of the Service after price changes indicates acceptance.
You are responsible for applicable sales, use, or other taxes associated with your purchase, except for taxes based on our income.
NXT Wave Research LLC may offer Lifetime or Elite memberships. A Lifetime Membership entitles the subscriber to continued access to the applicable Service(s) for as long as those Services are offered by NXT Wave Research LLC. Lifetime Memberships do not guarantee perpetual operation of any specific Service, product, or feature, and access will cease if the Service itself is discontinued.
Subscribers who purchased Lifetime or Elite Memberships under prior agreements (including those carried over from previous companies) agreed at the time of purchase to pay an annual maintenance fee. This maintenance fee remains in effect and must be kept current for continued access. Failure to pay the maintenance fee may result in suspension or termination of access until such fee is paid.
Lifetime Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold or reassigned. All Lifetime Membership sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Lifetime Memberships remain subject to all other provisions of this Agreement, including Section 9 (Term and Termination).
This Agreement becomes effective once you complete your initial payment and subscription setup. Your subscription term will begin on the Effective Date and continue through the period you selected (e.g., monthly, quarterly or annual). Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term at the then-current rate using the payment method on file.
NXT Wave Research LLC may suspend or terminate your access immediately in the event of:
Breach of this Agreement
Late or failed payments
Fraudulent activity or risk to ur systems
Regulatory or legal concerns
Upon termination, your access to paid content will be revoked, and any unused subscription time or benefits will be forfeited. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees. We may exercise our rights to collect payment for overdue amounts despite termination or expiration.
Termination notices may be provided by email to the address associated with your account. If you wish to terminate, you may notify us by emailing [email protected].
All content, materials, and software related to the Service are owned by or licensed to NXT Wave Research LLC and protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any NXT Wave content without permission
Reverse engineer, modify, or resell any part of the Service
Use our trademarks without written consent
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service. You warrant that you own or have rights to all submitted content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including:
Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or completeness of investment information
That content will be free of errors, viruses, or interruptions
We are not responsible for your investment decisions. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NXT Wave Research LLC will not be liable for:
Lost profits or investment losses
Business interruptions or data loss
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid int he 12 months prior to the claim.
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, not court.
No class actions are allowed.
Arbitration will be conducted under AAA rules in Florida.
You may opt out within 30 days of signup by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
You agree not to disclose confidential information about our services or business operations. You also agree not to defame or disparage NXT Wave Research LLC, our team, or our affiliates in public or private forums during and for 24 months following your subscription.
We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, outages, or government restrictions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal matters must be filed in Palm Beach County, Florida.
This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and NXT Wave Research LLC. It supersedes all prior communications or agreements.
